- Act. Unfortunately, goals don’t achieve themselves! You, and only you, can put words into action. It doesn’t matter where you start, but as the saying goes, “just do it.”
- Assess. Discuss with your mentor things like whether you’re moving in the right direction and changes you can make to improve your growth.
